In that year Lark and Adelma, along with two of their three children, decided to start a family business based on the sales, installation, and repair of outdoor gas grills. We were then, and still are, factory representatives for a number of major grill brands and still do warranty repair work for some of those brands. The CLA in our company name stands for Carl, Lark, Linda, and Adelma. In a 1959 photo displayed on our home page, Lark (dad) is shown demonstrating the first Arkla gas grill.
